Job Title - BA/PM -Medicare /Medicaid

Location - 3 Penn Plaza East, Newark-NJ ONSITE DAY ONE - needs to be in office 1-2 Days/ week

Duration -12 month

Experience/Skillset - Medicare Or Medicaid

  • 9+ years of experience as a Senior Business System Analyst is required.
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in the health insurance industry is required.
  • Can manage projects of medium to large size and complexity with minimal guidance from

Business Analyst Level 3 and above, and relationship managers.

  • SME Knowledge of more than one payor domains such as Membership, Claims, Benefits, Pricing, Vendor Delegation etc.
  • Must be well versed and able to drive typical BSA deliverables like BRD, RTM, User Stories etc.
  • Must be well conversant with SDLC processes and methodologies.
  • Self-starter with strong communication, presentation, relationship building and strategic analytical skills.

Analytical Skills.

  • Strong time management, goal setting and task prioritization abilities.
  • Minimum requirement of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field.
