Position Details:
As a Behavioral Health Clinician at SeaView Community Services, you will be part of a dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in transforming lives. You'll work closely with individuals to understand their challenges and develop comprehensive care plans.

Position: Behavioral Health Clinician
Compensation Package:
- Salary: $60,000-$85,000 depending on licensure and experience
- Staff Housing: SeaView can provide temporary staff housing for individual staff members only which includes all utilities depending on availability. No pets are allowed.
- SeaView also provides both individual and group clinical licensure supervision for our behavioral health providers who are working towards their post-master's clinical licenses. The most common licenses for therapists in Alaska are Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Both require 100 hours of clinical supervision. Market rates for licensure clinical supervision are $150-$200 and hour. At 100 hours, that is a $15,000 to $20,000 value – and our staff receive it as a free benefit.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician at SeaView Community Services, you will be part of a dynamic team that plays a pivotal role in transforming lives. You'll work closely with individuals to understand their challenges and develop comprehensive care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments.
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide crisis intervention as necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive client records in adherence to professional and agency standards.
- Engage actively in team meetings and professional growth opportunities.
- Liaise with external entities and resources to ensure holistic care.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related behavioral health discipline.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience, or an open-minded approach to, working at a community mental health center.
