Responsibilities
Facilitate smooth enrollment for refugee clients and ensure timely access to services.
Process referrals, confirm eligibility, and schedule registration appointments.
Attend and coordinate registration events at various community and partner agency locations.
Collect and verify required documents to establish client eligibility.
Conduct intake sessions, administer placement tests, and perform needs assessments for suitable course placements and support services.
List Qualification Or Requirements
Must have an Associate’s Degree, two years of university, or foreign equivalent.
Bilingual; English and a common refugee language.
Excellent English reading and writing skills.
Strong computer skills.
