The Division of Nephrology at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Team Scientist at the rank of Assistant Professor in the area of computational genetics, genomics and/or epigenomics. Preferred areas of research interest include somatic and germline variation, epigenomic signatures, chromosomal instability and genomic rearrangements. We are seeking an individual with an established program in computational genomics who is drawn to the broad opportunities at Northwestern, with its collaborative clinical programs at Northwestern Memorial and Lurie Children’s Hospitals. Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine offers a robust research infrastructure for translation.
Qualified candidates will have a PhD and/or MD with an outstanding record of research in the area of computational biology as it relates to medicine. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled.
