Requirements And Description

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

General Repair

• painting,
• caulking,
• moving equipment
  
  

Basic Plumbing

• drain clearing,
• toilet repair/replacement
  
  

Basic Electrical

• outlet replacement,
• lightbulb replacement,
• ballast replacement,
• light switch/receptacle repair/replacement
  
  

Door Repair

• handles/closing unit repair/replacement
  
  

Requirements

• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT/MOVE 50+ POUNDS
