Business Analyst

An Excellent Opportunity for Business Analyst to work with one of the Biggest Global Bank in Charlotte, NC location.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Gathering business requirements


• Working with the development team and acting as a liaison between technology and the business


• Hosting calls - within the control room they have 6 applications and for each there are compliance officers/directors who act as product owners, this consultant will be interacting with them on a regular basis.


• Tracking defects in ServiceNow


• Writing user stories


• Creating UAT scripts to test changes

Must Haves!

• Heavy Agile/Jira


• Not a developer but aware of the SDLC and terminology (SQL, .NET)


• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)


• Experience creating user stories


• Data Mapping/Process Mapping


• UAT script and testing experience

Plusses:

• Securities background - they are dealing with private information


• The private side involves complex transactions like mergers, acquisitions, equity offerings, and debt offerings


• These deals generate a significant amount of data that must be rigorously monitored by the control room
