" 5+ years business continuation management experience and/or technology and disaster recovery experience in the financial services industry or a multi-national firm
" Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and provide effective challenge to stakeholders at all levels, as well as manage conflict between multiple stakeholders.
" Demonstrated technical skills and solid understanding of business continuity and disaster recovery planning and execution.
" Strong and clear communicator (oral and written) who can demonstrate a credible depth of knowledge to converse with and lead business partners.
" Self-motivated and able to work independently, make decisions and take accountability for driving transformative change
" Project management skills and experience
" Presentation skills and executive presence
" Partner with business to determine recovery objectives for critical business service based on newly defined business service framework.
" Facilitate various tabletop exercises and effectively challenge recovery strategies to identify potential gaps or areas for improving resiliency and recovery.
" Review and revisit existing business continuity standards to meet current requirements for business service concept.
" Ongoing assessment of program effectiveness; recommend &support implementation
