Role Overview

As a key player in our team, you will drive the expansion of our third-party management contracts in senior living and hospitality sectors. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, you will lead strategic initiatives to strengthen our market presence and foster new business relationships.

Responsibilities

Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute plans to secure new third-party management contracts, surpassing quarterly quotas and enhancing our market position.

Sales Pipeline Management: Proactively manage and expand the sales pipeline, ensuring continuous growth and exploring new opportunities.

Collaboration and Partnerships: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and build robust external relationships that drive business growth.

Travel Requirements: Expect up to 30% travel across the United States for client meetings and business development activities.

Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional meetings at our Salt Lake area office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or real estate development.

Proven experience and network within the senior living industry.

Strong background in B2B sales and deal closure.

Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development strategies, including CRM management.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and database management.

Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and independently.

Valid driver's license required.
