CornerStone Professional Placement is seeking a Sales Manager for a Facilities Management Services client in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sourcing new business for janitorial, maintenance and other related services for large industrial and corporate facilities in Texas and nationwide. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record for success in landing multi-million dollar deals in the facilities services space, a network of contact in the industry and account management experience, ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to grow a new footprint in the US for a well-established global company. As the business grows, you will build out and mentor a team to work with you in expanding the company’s market share in the US. Requirements & Responsibilities for the Sales Manager:
• Proven track record of success sourcing and closing multi-million dollar deals in facilitates services
• Extensive experience in Account Management
• Well established network of customers needing facilities services
• Ability to travel up to 50% nationwide, as needed
• Reliable transportation and home office setup
Compensation for the Sales Manager:
• Employment type: Full-time
• Schedule: Remote from DFW
• Salary/Pay: $85-100K + commission
• Location: WFH
• Benefits: Full Benefits Package including PTO and retirement fund!
