  • Have a proven track record of selling IT Staffing augmentation services to Fortune 500 and corporate organizations.
  • Must have a strong existing relationship with clients in the United States.
  • Contacting new clients and developing new business by creating partnerships with clients.
  • Be experienced in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion.
  • Have a minimum of 10+ years of experience in winning new business dealing with high profile clients.
  • Have great business proposal writing, presentation and pitching skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing & brand campaigns will be an added advantage.
  • Effectively communicate and present the full range of our organization services and how our services can benefit the client.
  • You will identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure the right suite of services to pitch to the client.
  • Revenue generation through new and existing clients.
  • Attend appropriate events and conferences, acting as the perfect ambassador while networking.
  • Ensuring to meet the clients on frequent basis for better business prospects.
  • Developing relevant business proposals under the guidelines of Business Head.
  • Reporting to the Founder on a day-to-day basis highlighting the work done.
  • We prefer self-Driven candidates with strong communication skills and confidence.
