Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager for Staffing and Consulting Services at Global Pharma Tek. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for new business development, contract negotiation, account management, and sales. They will play a key role in driving growth and expanding partnerships with pharmaceutical companies.
Qualifications
New Business Development and Sales skills
Experience in contract negotiation and account management
Proven track record of successful business development
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and its trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Previous experience in staffing and consulting services is a plus
