Business Process Consultant HRSD

  • Role Overview Business Process Consultant, a self-driven individual who would be responsible for working with Business on customer side and is a HR (Legal) domain expert to provide input to HR while analyzing current business process, applications, procedures, workflows; designing or redesigning of HR process including aspects like HR & IT integration to drive significant improvements in productivity, quality and service to customers while working closely with HR stakeholders as well as technical teams.


Job Description:

  • End-to-end Human Resource Service Management:
  • HR Processes assessment
  • As-is understanding of HR process, process/workflows, integrations, fulfilment & support etc.
  • Identify gaps & recommendations to carve transformation roadmap.
  • Integration of HR Processes & demand management lifecycle
  • Design/Re-design HR Processes
  • Planning for future HR Processes alignment to HR & Business strategy
  • Integration with Functional consultants to drive the technical implementation.
  • Design of Business goals & KPIs for each HR Process
  • Governance structure build & run for HR Process Management
  • Consumer enablement with feedback capture
  • Work closely with Functional Consultant & ServiceNow developers in Agile method to get redesigned Business Processes implemented.


  • Essential Requirements:
  • BE/B. Tech (minimum), MBA (IT/Operations) is preferred.
  • Expert in HR processes majorly in Legal domain
  • Minimum HR consulting experience required is 7-8 years out of which at least 5 – 7 years in HR functional consulting domain or at least 2-3 years of ITIL® Process owner/manager experience.
  • Hands-on work experience on at least one Service Management tools like ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, HPSM or any other equivalent industry standard ITSM tool (ServiceNow is preferred)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical information in non-technical language.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, including business writing skills
  • Experience of performance data analysis of ITIL® processes
  • ServiceNow certification is preferred but not a must.
  • Product Owner trained.
  • Ability to work with all levels of client and internal resources.
  • Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives.
  • Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization.
  • Organizational and time management skills
