About the Role:

Position: Business System Analyst

Location: Bellevue, WA(Onsite)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for freight claims investigations and improvements.
• Experience in building, managing, and updating automated freight claims systems is a plus.
• Required to write, implement, and communicate new claims SOP which will impact large scale business units.
• Responsible for managing exceptions and creating follow up with transportation providers.
• Experience managing relationships with carriers, especially with UPS, is required.
• Responsible for building, maintaining, and managing visibility tools and dashboards is required.
• Expected to produce large scale improvements on return of claims checks and identifying future opportunities within carrier contracts.

Must Have Skills:

• High volume claims experience (Parcel management; freight management; ); TRANSPORTAION CLAIMS) ; will need to work with deadlines
• Knowledge of systems (SAP; ERP oracle: SQL server knowledge a plus; TMS; Uber Freight)
• Freight Claims; Transportation Experience (ups; fedex)
• Data Analytics

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 Annually - Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
