Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology.
At least two (2) years related experience in the information technology industry, with emphasis in integrated business systems like ERP, SalesForce, etc.
Working technical knowledge of systems development, operations support and help desk operations in support of multiple business processes.
Ability to understand business processes and ability to relate technology solutions to business practices.
Knowledge of relational databases - MS SQL Database preferred.
Knowledge of Reporting Systems.
Knowledge of SQL queries.
Knowledge of current information technologies.
Strong analytical, problem solving, prioritization and communication skills.
Good written and oral communication and interpersonal relations skills.
Information Services:
Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability
Communicate with internal customers the status of IT activities and the resolution of any issues.
Work closely with IT team and end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction.
Track and report key tasks on a regular basis, including keeping management informed on an appropriate basis.
Document solutions and systems.
Constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
Prepare and execute System / Solution testing to maintain integrity of systems.
Provide training to users of new system enhancements.
Maintain process documentation according to policies and procedures
Business Partnering:
Act as a partner for IT with the sales team and apply the most effective use of technology to direct business thinking.
Identify information technology solutions to support the business strategies across all business functions.
Work with key functional peers to identify IT needs, gather requirements and assist in estimating project costs and schedules.
