About The Role
The Customer Service Representative I will be responsible for answering customer service inquiries. They will handle customer requests with a focus on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience throughout the organization. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for contributing to the company's success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining departmental service level targets.
What You'll Do
Maintaining departmental service level targets
Responding to customer inquiries
Processing Orders
Providing positive customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward customers at all times
Have basic product knowledge
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary for a seamless customer experience
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
Strong customer service and active listening skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills
High school diploma
A passion for customer advocacy
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Physical Requirements
Ability to focus on computer monitors for extended periods
May work from a seated position for extended periods
Work At Home Requirements
Quiet and professional workplace free from noise (kids, pets, etc.)
High speed internet access with minimum speed of 50 mbps
A chair and flat surface or desk to work from
