Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and high-performance standards.
- Manage 3 to 4 call center employees.
- Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Answer phones and take down client information of current and potential clients.
- Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent at articulating ideas clearly and concisely
- Must enjoy tackling complex challenges and finding solutions
- Consistently goes above and beyond on job duties
- Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals
- Good work ethic
