The Call Screeners are responsible for receiving and fielding inbound/outbound sales calls and text messages into our Sales Center . You must be a quick learner with strong phone, text, and e-mail communication skills.
We offer an hourly wage with bonuses.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK SUNDAYS
Duties and Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calling/texting to screen potential clients for our sales team
Utilize company processes to track/progress the life of the leads
Maintain multiple calendars/appointments
Navigate through high volume texts and emails while responding in a timely manner
Maintaining all company chats and ensure that all transfers and appointments are called on time
Tracking multiple reports to assist in appointment overflow and maximize reps on the phone at all times
QC any/all files that are worked
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Desired Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
