We are seeking a Camp Manager to oversee the daily operations of our camp facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, customer service, and guest relations.
Duties:
- Manage all aspects of camp operations, including staff supervision, activity planning, and guest services
- Ensure a welcoming and safe environment for campers and guests
- Coordinate with various departments to deliver a seamless camp experience
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce camp policies and procedures
- Monitor and manage camp budgets and expenses
- Organize and lead staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varied hours as needed during peak camp seasons
