Who are we?
We are a nonprofit Head Start organization that was established in 1974. We serve migrant and seasonal farmworker children and families by providing high-quality early childhood education in a safe and nurturing environment. We have nearly 50 campuses across 10 states, and we serve nearly 3,000 children each year.
Your day-to-day as the Campus Director
You will be responsible for managing daily operat ions of the center; ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures of ECMHSP, Head Start Performance Standards (45-CFR 1304), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)/Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. You will also ensure that the center is making progress towards ECMHSP, Regional, and center goals and objectives.

Requirements
First and foremost, you must be passionate about our mission and values as we are a mission-driven organization. We would love for you to have effective communication skills along with the ability to prioritize tasks through excellent time-management and organization skills. Additional requirements include:
Master’s in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration or related field. Related years of supervisory/administrative and Head Start experience is preferred
Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration or related field and with years of supervisory/administrative experience is accepted.
Starting Salary
$57,000 - $77,000 depending on experience
