Position Summary
The Campus President assumes responsibility for the management and operational effectiveness on a day-to-day basis. This person is responsible for the daily operation and oversight of every department including Academics, Admissions, Financial Aid, Registrar, Student Accounts, and Career Services, engages in professional development activities annually that complement the operations of the institution and implements policies and procedures in keeping with the mission and scope of the institution, accreditation standards, and other regulatory requirements.
Duties
Provides excellent leadership skills to direct & operate the academic team relating to the Nursing, Radiation Therapy, Radiologic Technology, Medical Lab Technician, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Sonography and Nursing Assistant programs
Develop the college’s business plan and operating budget in collaboration with the institute’s management team, program directors, and program leads;
Facilitates the coaching and mentoring of employees for professional growth in collaboration with the college's management team, program directors, and program leads
Reports to College Chancellor
Must-Have
5 years experience in the management of proprietary post-secondary school education
Proven experience in managing and developing curriculum, leading educational effectiveness; supporting and coaching faculty performance and development
Previous management experience, prefer some teaching experience
