We are currently looking for a Weekend and Holiday Care Coordination Scheduler to join our team. This position would be responsible for scheduling all assignments and visits for Private Insurance based on patient’s needs and running reports in the tracking system.

- Schedules all visits based on patient’s need
- Works closely with Insurance companies
- Assists with all Care Coordination programs
- Adheres to the organization’s policy in regards to absenteeism and appearance
- Omission of specific duties does not exclude them from this position if the work is similar, related or a logical assignment for this position
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus
- 2-3 years’ office experience required; medical background preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficient in MS Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
