Key Objectives

The main purpose of the Cash/Ticket Control Associate is:

  • To support and regulate cash control for the operational areas of Nickelodeon Universe, Moose Mountain, American Dream Retail stores, Theatre at American Dream and American Dream Guest Service desks.

Primary Responsibilities

  • MIMO paperwork, reconciliations, bank deposits, vault balancing, coupon auditing, balancing credit cards, handling chargebacks, researching cash differences and cash run in both Theatre and NU Park
  • Distribute/return gift cards, pass bags, movie tickets, group sales/customer tickets, answer questions and vending run.
  • Monitor cash inventory in MIMO’s and troubleshooting cash jams.
  • Lost and found pickup/return, research to locate guests, phone calls and purging.
  • Work with group sales/marketing to fulfill gift card orders, print bulk tickets orders and apply payments to invoices within Order Entry in Galaxy. Maintain files and mail and/or deliver tickets to the correct department.
  • Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the facility.
  • Other duties or projects as assigned

Desired Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • 2-3 years of cash handling experience
  • Accounting skills preferred
  • Ability to process information and properly document
  • Excellent multi-tasking, detail-oriented, and communication skills
  • Ability to be timely and work well under pressure
