CEO Opportunity - Private Equity Sponsored Physician Practice Management Platform

We’re seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead a high-growth, multi-state specialty physician practice management platform. With the support of a a highly successful private equity sponsor, this group is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan. The company operates in an attractive specialty with a broad mix of ancillary revenue opportunities.

If you have prior success leading a private equity sponsored physician practice management businesses we’d like to hear from you. The qualified candidate will have experience leading a company through a period of growth, ideally through a combination of organic growth, de novos and/or M&A. We’re seeking a proven leader with an entrepreneurial spirit who has ideally spent time in smaller companies during “ramp-up” mode as well as having worked in larger more established businesses. We’re seeking a CEO who will lead by example to drive results and guide this business to become an industry-leading platform.

The qualified candidate will have prior experience in some sort of specialty physician practice management business that has experienced meaningful growth. There is flexibility in terms of where this person lives provided they’re able to travel regularly.

The compensation structure will include an attractive equity position in addition to a competitive cash package.
