Essential Functions

 Build rapport with client on the phone and assess their financial situation

 Educate clients on financial solutions to resolve their debt

 Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting

Qualifications

 Debt settlement experience is preferred, but not required

 Positive and high energy attitude is a mustAbility to handle high call volume environment

 Excellent negotiation and communication skills

 Track record of over-achieving quotaCoachability and insatiable hunger for success
