Are you an experienced executive leader looking for a challenging role in managing claim operations? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Vice President of Claim Operations at our company in Torrance, CA. Reporting directly to our Chief Operating Officer, you will be instrumental in driving operational excellence in claims operations, overseeing adjusting and field claim operations, and ensuring adherence to service standards. As the VP, you will play a crucial role in enhancing employee and network satisfaction, as well as Net Promoter Scores (NPS). Additionally, you will be tasked with managing costs effectively and fostering a culture of accountability within the claims teams.

What We Offer

• Competitive compensation package with an On-Target Earnings (OTE) of $250k - $300k
• Base salary of $175k with performance-based bonuses of $30k quarterly target (uncapped)
• 401k plan with a generous 10% match (available after 1 year of service)
• Eligibility for Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits, including HSA or FSA eligible Medical Plans
• 8 paid company holidays, 1 floating holiday (available after 90 days of employment)
• 64 hours of Paid Sick Leave annually
• Increasing paid time off (PTO) based on years of service: 1 week in Year 1, 2 weeks in Years 2 & 3, 2.4 weeks in Years 3 & 4, and 3 weeks in Year 5
