Position Summary
ITC is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team. The CFO will oversee all aspects of our financial strategy, operations, and planning, playing a pivotal role in our financial health and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in federal contracting finance, demonstrating expertise in financial performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strategic financial leadership, managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Support M&A activities, including due diligence and integration efforts.
Ensure compliance with federal contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS, etc.).
Develop risk management policies to safeguard company assets.
Collaborate with executives on long-term strategic plans for growth.
Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting and presentations.
Manage capital structure, debt, and equity financing.
Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership in federal contracting.
Expertise in scaling small businesses and managing middle market finances.
Experience with private equity firms and debt financing.
In-depth knowledge of federal contracting regulations and compliance.
Track record of supporting successful M&A transactions.
Proficiency in financial software and systems, including Deltek CostPoint.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
