Seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Business Partner with a deep background in special operational forces or other highly specialized government roles. This individual will play a crucial role in achieving daily operational tasks, supporting the CEO, and driving the growth of the company’s business relationships.
Duties:
* Work closely with the CEO to execute the company’s vision and strategy.
* Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth business processes.
* Develop and nurture business relationships within the defense tech industry.
* Lead efforts to secure funding opportunities and drive financial growth.
* Be committed to the entrepreneur mindset with the intent to question the status quo by implementing innovative solutions and processes.
* Uphold and promote the company mission to enhance the future of warfare through technology and human innovation.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in special operational forces or other government roles.
* Active TS-SCI clearance.
* Demonstrated ability to focus on achieving daily operational tasks.
* Proficiency in executing financial and business operations to drive company success.
* Proven track record of growing business relationships and securing funding.
* Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong willingness to challenge and disrupt industry norms.
* Possess an assertive and driven mindset to achieve company objectives in the defense technology sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in government acquisition, government proposal writing, or analysis.
* MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
* Prior entrepreneurial experience.
