CTO - AI HealthTech


A mission-driven AI HealthTech scale-up is hiring a new CTO as they build their next-generation IoT analytics product which uses data to provide better care to patients.


This new product is heavily utilizing generative AI to detect and analyze data to provide optimal healthcare solutions.


CTO Responsibilities


  • Work closely with the CEO and lead the technical team of 15-20 engineers across Software, Hardware, AI/ML and NLP
  • Set technology strategy and vision as well as oversee all product development
  • Utilize knowledge of AI, LLMs and signal processing to drive product R&D


CTO Requirements


  • Multiple years of experience operating as a CTO/VP Engineering for a start-up/scale-up
  • Strong expertise in AI, LLMs, and Signal Processing
  • Knowledge of the healthcare and homecare space is ideal
