With our growing business, we're excited to add a Client Relationship Manager who can hit the ground running to make an immediate impact on our book of business growth.

We have an established business relationship with this client and looking for an experienced Client Relations Manager to take over all customer account management responsibilities. The successful applicant will focus on acquiring additional revenue streams for existing clientele as well as bringing in new POC relationships who can benefit from our IT Staffing & Project Support service offering. You will be responsible for meeting your quarterly goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What you need to do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their unique needs and requirements.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to up sell or cross-sell our services to existing clients, and collaborate with the sales team to pursue and close these opportunities.
  • Conduct virtual and physical walk-throughs of client sites to gain a deep understanding of their operations, work environment, and staffing requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
  • Generate new business through current client relationships.
  • Attend user groups meet-ups, tech speaking groups, lunch & learns, networking events to build upon current relationships and potential new clients.
  • The client relations manager may service the client's account, make recommendations for account management, track metrics and analytics or otherwise serve as an intermediary between the client and the company.

What you need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Degree in Technology highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or a similar role in the staffing or IT contingent staffing.
  • Deep understanding of technology is a huge plus
  • Prior experience working with State clients highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build trust and credibility with clients through a customer-centric approach
  • Experience in conducting virtual and physical client visits, understanding their operations, and identifying opportunities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites 4 days a week.
