Clinical Supervisor - Site Director

Position Details

Provide clinical leadership and successful execution of day to day clinical operations for Arbor Circle’s Outpatient Counseling office. This location provides high quality substance use and mental health disorder therapy services including individual, family and group. Responsibilities include providing trauma-informed and strength based individual supervision to clinical staff, program development thru data driven evaluation and dynamic change management processes that ensure the delivery of quality care, as well as community engagement, collaboration and advocacy.

Clinicians are supported in this work through quality supervision, flexible scheduling, skill development as well as career advancement opportunities.

Position Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field
• State License (LMSW / LPC / LLP) - Full licensure required
• 5+ years post graduate work
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Valid Driver’s License, Auto Insurance, and good driving record
• Current CAADC
• Current CCS (Certified Clinical supervisor) certification preferred
