CNC Mazak Lathe Operator 1st or 2nd shift

Radiac, is looking for a CNC Operator to join our superabrasive team in Oswego.This position is responsible to:

• Manufacture turned and milled parts from various raw materials according to a given blueprint
• Create, read, understand, and modify existing Mazatrol Conversational programs
• Visually inspect product for burrs, damage, rust and other defects
• Measure product using prescribed gaging
• Identify the need for and complete tool changes as needed
• Inform management of any maintenance issues or problems related to a job.
• Timely and accurate completion of all paperwork associated with production parts
• Verify piece count and traceability of product
• Maintain organized and clean work area
• Communicate all problems and other work related issues with supervisor
• Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instruction.
• Maintain meet or exceed rating on performance evaluations
• Comply with all company policies and procedures in including safety and attendance requirements
• Resolve day-to-day issues by working effectively with others
  
  

To quality you must have:

• Minimum 2 years CNC lathe experience
• Minimum of 2 year experience in a machining environment.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
