Job Purpose
The Collection Unit is tasked with recovering overdue invoices related to home loans, training costs, medical expenses, and other receivables from ex-employees and non-employees. ESCA Group aims to safeguard the client's revenues from crude oil, LPG, and refined product exports by ensuring financial coverage for each customer through various financial instruments like credit lines, letters of credit, or cash advances. Additionally, the group ensures financial protection for projects, contracts, purchases, and services through guarantees.
Responsibilities
Provide expert advice in finance, accounting, financial reporting, compensation, finance systems, IT, and auditing.
Develop solutions for complex problems arising from policy changes, accounting standards, and legal agreements.
Formulate innovative systems, processes, and procedures in finance, ensuring compliance with accounting principles.
Supervise internal audits impacting key company functions.
Assist operating organizations in interpreting finance policy and implementing financial control systems.
Drive continuous improvement of processes to optimize capital, liquidity, and returns.
Assist in setting up money market investment instruments and present liquidity outlook and investment proposals to Treasury Management.
Education & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Professional certifications like CFA, CPA, or CFP are advantageous.
Minimum twelve years of Treasury experience, including cash forecasting and management.
Experience in evaluating FinTech companies for process automation and placing competitive short-term cash investments.
Proficiency in Excel and strong presentation skills.
