Job Description

Collect on the company’s subrogation claims through direct contact with the uninsured motorist while obtaining recovery goals set forth in performance objectives.Provide excellent customer service in handling subrogation claims. Must be computer proficient; possess excellent communication and organizational skills. Qualified applicants will be trained.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review all documents and client notes on files and note file accordingly
  • Contacting the uninsured motorist to arrange a monthly payment plan or negotiate settlements
  • Sending documents to the uninsured motorist or attorneys
  • Issue suspension of driving privileges
  • Maintaining current diary in an effort to reach required recovery goals
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on the phone
  • Strong computer, typing and grammar skills, Basic computer skills (Word Excel)
  • Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
