Class of position: Exempt (45+ hours per week)

Position Summary:

Supervise 3-5 collection representatives including; recruiting and training of new staff, monitoring production, monitoring and training of compliance program and employee evaluations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to work a small collection desk
• Review and deliver audit findings from internal and external audits to collection staff
• Review and distribution of daily production sheets
• Assist with E-Oscar disputes on a daily basis.
• Assist with verbal and written consumer disputes
• Provide input and suggested revisions on compliance policies as needed then provide to Executive management for approval
• Develop and implement an ongoing training program within the collection department statistics pulled from existing KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
• Conduct monthly side by side coaching, remote monitoring and call recording reviews
• Participate in meetings to set direction, establish goals, communicate status and discuss issues impacting service levels
• Represent the frontline staff in management meetings
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing and training of new staff
• Monitor assigned staff performance levels, prepare and conduct collection staff performance reviews
• Prepare and distribute management reports (i.e. time usage, file reviews and call statistics)
• Responsible to review and qualify accounts for suit
• Develop and manage monthly incentives in accordance with approved budget.

May be expected to perform additional tasks as assigned by executive management.

Education and Work Experience:

• 2 years call center or collections experience
• College degree or equivalent industry experience

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
