As a Commander Initiative Group Planner, you’ll bring your planning expertise and experience supporting an Army Combat Training Center (CTC), working alongside thought leaders on projects to develop, synchronize, and distribute key elements of the command vision and strategic objectives to internal and external audiences. You will develop information papers, information briefings, and other products that enable the command leadership to covey information to a variety of audiences a complex, multinational environment. Your experience at the tactical, operational, and strategic level will enable you to support the CTC’s mission to build readiness across the Indo-Pacific region.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

You Have:
- 4+ years of experience at the Brigade level
- 2+ years of experience as an Operations Officer or Executive officer
- 2+ years of experience working at a Division, Corps, Joint, or Multinational Headquarters
- Experience with analyzing Army and Joint Doctrine and Training Policy
- Experience with using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Graduate of Command and General Staff College (CGSC), Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or Military Education Level 4 (MEL 4)
- Experience as a Combat Training Center observer Controller or Trainer, Leader Training Program Coach, or Army Service School Instructor
- Experience as an Army Strategist, including Functional Area 59, or working on the staff of a General Officer headquarters
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possession of excellent problem-solving skills
- Master’s degree
