In this role, you will play a key part in client service alongside the Risk Advisor or Senior Client Manager, providing essential support to the team as outlined in the Client Administrator role. Develop a deep understanding of assigned clients and take charge of delivering top-notch service to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Efficiently handle Client Administrator tasks, including providing backup support when required, for various account servicing needs throughout the policy year (e.g., binders, certificates, evidence of property, auto ID cards, motor vehicle records, endorsements, invoicing, audits, claims, cancellations, policy checks, etc.).
- Lead the new business and renewal process; analyze risk management surveys, identify potential exposure to loss, and advise clients on suitable coverage options.
- Collaborate with the Senior Client Manager and/or Risk Advisors to formulate a marketing plan. Submit new and renewal accounts to insurance carriers, prepare proposals, negotiate coverage terms and pricing, and liaise with underwriters to gather necessary client information.
- Monitor complex or significant risk control and claims issues in partnership with the Risk Control Department.
- Conduct thorough contract and lease reviews, offering insightful advice to clients on risk and compliance matters.
- Cultivate positive relationships with clients and insurance companies.
- Clearly explain payment requirements to both new and existing clients.
- Supervise, direct, plan, and schedule the work of others, providing training and technical guidance to client service team members as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- Current California Insurance License (Preferred)
- Over 5 years of experience in Client Management
- Proficient in PC Applications (MS Office and EPIC)
- Demonstrate leadership through actions and take ownership of responsibilities.
