Currently accepting applications for Project Engineers (PE) for positions throughout the state of Michigan.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Working directly with a Project Manager, and with the goal of evolving toward a PM or Superintendent position, a PE:

• Supports a project team in the management of the construction project from Pre-Construction to Close-Out,
• Manages submittals and RFI to allow on-time delivery of materials
• Participates in all project meetings (Owners, Progress, etc.)
• Walks the project every day with the PM or the Superintendent
• Develops mastery of project management system (CONNECT)
• Starts building relationships with Trade Contractors
• Learns and prepares for his/her next function
• Participates in Monthly PE Meetings and other training sessions
  
  

REQUIREMENTS: The ideal candidate,

• has a college degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or similar disciplines,
• displays superior communication and organizational skills,
• is resourceful and versatile in his/her ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities,
• Works well and effectively with colleagues, client representatives, architects and engineers, trade contractors and local authorities,
• is dedicated to helping the team deliver a finished product, safely and on time, having gained and strengthened the Client’s trust in our Company.
• Prior experience is valued.
