JCW is partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing $30 billion Midwest based Commercial Bank. They are looking to bring on a Commercial Lender, with a territory ranging from the Bloomington/Normal markets, through Peoria, down to Springfield, and westward to the Iowa border. This person would be responsible for bringing on new clients in the C&I space, specifically in the Manufacturing, Logistics, and Transportation space. Essential Functions
Engage with assigned customers and prospects to acquire new business (C&I).
Collaborate with product partners to cross-sell products and services.
Handle credit requests, including loan structuring and risk analysis.
Participate in community and business groups to enhance the Bank's image and referral network.
Ensure compliance with all Bank policies, procedures, regulations, and laws.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
Understanding of commercial products, credit policies, and procedures.
Valid driver’s license.
Strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and credit analysis skills.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
1+ years of commercial banking experience.
