Qualifications wish list for a systems team technical role:

• Expertise in the 5G NR physical layer standards
• Company representation in the standards process a plus (3GPP)
• Experience with reference code development a plus
• ORAN standards expertise, especially w.r.t front-haul specifications, a plus
• Experience/expertise in link-level simulations, and the study/development of L1 processing algorithms (RAN1 Phy layer)
• Product development experience a plus
• Graduate degree, PhD preferred
