Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Communications Manager. The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies, managing internal and external communications, overseeing public relations activities, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging. The Communications Manager will also be responsible for creating content for various channels, such as social media, website, and press releases.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop Communication Strategies: Formulate comprehensive communication plans aligned with the firm’s objectives, ensuring consistency and clarity across all channels.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality written content including press releases, articles, newsletters, and blog posts that uphold the firm’s brand voice and engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Media Relations: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets and journalists to secure press coverage and manage media inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Digital Presence Management: Oversee the firm’s digital platforms, ensuring content is current, relevant, and optimized for SEO to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Internal Communications: Facilitate effective internal communications to foster a cohesive and informed team environment, including drafting internal memos and announcements.
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to manage and mitigate potential reputational risks effectively.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with legal teams and senior management to align communication efforts with business objectives and ensure messaging consistency.

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field


Job Type: Full-time, Remote

Salary:

  • Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 per annum.
  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
