Communications & Outreach Specialist

Our team is looking to expand within the Los Angeles area and we are excited to bring on a driven Communications & Outreach Specialist.

The ideal candidate for this role will be expected to deliver exceptional service to our local customers. The Communications & Outreach Specialist will identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance regarding marketing solutions that are in the best interests of clients. The Communications & Outreach Specialist will work collaboratively with our clients on a daily basis to provide the desired customer experience and meet overall business objectives.

Responsibilities of the Communications & Outreach Specialist:

• Communicate directly with customers on a daily basis
• Directly market and sell products and services to qualified customers
• Ensure sales are completed according to compliance standards
• Keep records of all customer interactions and completed sales
• Attend daily team campaign meetings to set goals collaborating with the marketing and sales team
• Assist in maintaining a positive and uplifting company culture
  
  

Requirements of the Communications & Outreach Specialist:

• High school diploma or GED (not required but is a PLUS)
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or other customer service-related fields
• A want to learn something new and take on a challenge
• Being self-driven is a huge plus!
• Proficient communication skills are a must
• Able to work with both customers and team members
