Information Technology Support Specialist

Akkodis is seeking a Communications Engineer for our client based in San Francisco CA.

Salary Range: $120K-$130K per annum, The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Support Mobile Device Management application

• Provide daily administrative support for MobileIron (current solution)
• Troubleshoot and resolve server and endpoint issues
• Support the maintenance and management of MobileIron servers at multiple locations
• Perform MobileIron failover testing
• Assist effort to upgrade or replace existing MDM solution if required
• Assist in the Creation and maintenance of supporting documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience supporting systems and/or devices
• Two of three of the following requirement
• Minimum 2 years working with Cisco TelePresence
• Minimum 2 years experience with MobileIron or similar Mobile Device Management applications i.e. Airwatch, Good technology, Intune, Jamf, etc..
• Minimum 2 years managing and supporting NEC PBX systems
• Good working knowledge of server and desktop operating systems
• Good oral and written communication skills and demonstrated ability to document and present configuration and design documents to team when requested
• Professional work environment, in both dress code and behavior.
