Community Outreach and Development Manager

Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected individual based in Clarkston, with extensive knowledge of the local surrounding communities, to join our team as a Community Outreach and Development Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a comprehensive sales and marketing plan aimed at achieving brand awareness and generating new referral sources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic community outreach initiatives to generate inquiries, leads, and referrals from new development sources.
• Spend 80% of time conducting community outreach activities, including networking events, community meetings, and local partnerships.
• Collaborate with the in-house Brand Ambassador and VP of Business Development, who manage and will continue to process internal leads, walk-ins, existing referral partners, and third-party contracted intermediaries (agencies who provide placement services on a fee basis).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, community organizations, and other potential referral sources.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities for brand awareness and community engagement.
• Track and report on outreach activities, leads generated, and overall effectiveness of community outreach initiatives.

• Strong network and knowledge of Clarkston and surrounding communities.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or community outreach.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
