This position, under the supervision of the Program Director, is responsible for verifying all homes in accordance with standards established by contract agency and Company standards
Job Requirements (Performs other work related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor)
Conduct initial home site verification (a physical inspection of home) for new arrivals
Completes a minimum of four random in person employment accountability checks at Residents employment sites
Manages a small caseload
Performs runs to BOP/DOC Corporate Office
Transport Residents to various approved locations when required
Responsible for the maintaining upkeep of the required maintenance of the company vehicle
Collects ACA documentation as assigned
Participating in mandatory training and staff development sessions
Minimum Job Requirements
Valid Driving License, clean driving record
Knowledge
Contract requirements for home site inspection;
Geographic area where residents may select home confinement site;
Time management and scheduling
Abilities
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with residents, co-workers and contract agency officials;
Travel extensively and manage a flexible work schedule to maintain contract compliance (including nights and weekends);
Communicate effectively orally and in writing with residents, staff and community members;
Prepare and deliver complete reports on a timely and accurate basis;
Maintain clearance through contracting agency
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree with one year of satisfactory performance in similar position preferably with Law enforcement and /or Field experience
