As a Community Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their mental health and well-being goals through community-based support and intervention.
What Will I Be Doing:
As a Community Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of providing essential care and assistance to at-risk youth and their families. Your primary responsibilities will include: Individualized Support, Community Integration, Emotional Support, Skill Building, Crisis Intervention, Documentation, Team Collaboration.

Educational Initiatives
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Two years experience working with kids and families
Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to support individuals on their mental health journey
Strong communication and active listening skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of community resources and social services
