This role will provide you the opportunity to develop, implement, manage, and improve the Compliance Management System, communicate and train on the Code of Conduct, investigate allegations, assess day to day operations for risk and implement solutions to mitigate potential risks, and partner with senior leadership to develop business strategies.


Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Assist in leading comprehensive compliance management system, with a focus on corporate and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as the day-to-day coordinator for the compliance program, developing initiatives, driving best practices, and establishing strong processes.
  • Be the Point of Contact for North American Employees on compliance-related topics.
  • Oversee development and awareness of Code of Conduct, be the initial contact for inquiries e and develop awareness programs in collaboration with other departments.
  • Work closely with Director of Compliance to manage incoming allegations, including reporting within compliance and management, conducting thorough investigations, and preparing recommendations or root cause analyses.
  • Analyze current and proposed laws and regulations, providing practical solutions and actionable guidance to cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on relevant laws, regulations, ethical standards, and internal rules.
  • Foster a culture of compliance through ongoing communication and awareness initiatives.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to key stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify significant risks affecting the company and determine specific risks the company may be exposed to. Collaborate with business units to implement strategies for mitigating and managing identified risks.
  • Assist in establishing and overseeing the monitoring and auditing processes.
  • Conduct reviews to identify areas for improvement and address potential compliance issues.
  • Participate in and support internal audits.
  • Lead Due Diligence Process for the North American region, performing due diligence on high-risk business partners.
