Conflicts Research Associate

The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for a Conflicts Research Associate to join a prestigious DC law firm. The Associate will conduct thorough research into new business and new hires of the firm, create reports for attorneys, and assist with other research projects. The successful candidate will have at least one year of research experience, organizational skills accompanied by a strong attention to detail.



Responsibilities Include:

  • Process intake requests
  • Research digital and print databases to determine and analyze potential conflicts of interest
  • Handle conflicts searches, and provide information to the team and attorneys for review
  • Create weekly reports
  • Assist with special projects



Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1+ years of professional experience
  • Law firm experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion


Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
