Primary Purpose:

• Laland Baptiste is seeking a Construction Superintendent for our State Agency Client
• This Superintendent will work out of a field office in Sonyea, NY
• Travel may be required within New York State, depending on assignment
  
  

Work Environment:

• Field Office based in Sonyea, NY 14556
• *This is a long-term immediate opportunity*
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant Construction Management experience
• OSHA 30
• Strong background in managing and inspecting construction
  
  

Essential Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents
• Excellent oral and written communications skills
• Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam. Competency with AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred
  
  

Pay Rate: $40.00-$50.00/Hourly Salary (depending upon years of experience and education)
