ABOUT THE ROLE:
As a Consultant for Falconi US, you’ll be working to implement the solutions that will drive the performance of our client’s projects.
That implementation process considers our client’s challenges first, and works in reality, not hypotheticals. We build the plans in collaboration with our clients and then execute them, monitoring the adoption and coaching the process along the way.
This is a remote position and could involve travel up to 80% of the time, depending on the work and the client’s needs.

We help you build an understanding of your client, Falconi’s history with them, and what you’ll need to do to set yourself apart and be seen as a subject matter expert in your field.

THE DETAILS:
• Deeply understand clients' strategy, profile, and context, fostering effective communication, engagement, and strong relationships while ensuring a clear alignment between the project and the company's overall strategy execution.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data, generating well-structured insights and reports to support decision-making.
• Evaluate performance data, identify areas for process improvement, and develop standardized practices and action plans.
• Utilize effective tools and methodologies to break down complex problems, identify root causes, and establish cause-and-effect relationships.
• Confidently apply PDCA and SDCA methodologies, promoting operational efficiency, and developing and tracking action plans to achieve exceptional project outcomes.
• Identify opportunities, develop, and adapt tools to automate analysis processes, improving efficiency, accuracy and enabling faster decision-making for clients.
• Prioritize activities and tasks within agreed timelines, ensuring adherence to quality expectations.
• Take initiative, when necessary, display resilience, and a adopt quality-driven approach to overcome challenges and consistently deliver results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support to junior colleagues, guiding them through planning, prioritization, problem-solving, and implementation phases as needed.
• Foster strong client relationships delivering exceptional client service, addressing concerns, and identifying opportunities to create value.
• Lead preparation and execution of client meetings, confidently presenting analyses, generated results, action plan status, and overall project progress.
• Cultivate a safe and inclusive environment, demonstrate impartial and fair treatment, and actively engage in learning about Diversity & Inclusion.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university is required. A master’s degree is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in project management or a consulting role, demonstrating a strong track record of delivering successful projects
• Previous exposure to operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics functions is highly desired.
• Proven proficiency in data analysis, utilizing industry-standard querying tools, and multiple data delivery implementation.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as BI, Tableau, and KNIME are a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge of financial and operational analysis, systems modeling, and basic statistical concepts application. Familiarity with advanced data analysis tools such as SQL, R, Python, or MATLAB is a plus.
• Project management skills, with a preference for candidates holding certifications. Familiarity with Agile and SCRUM methodologies is preferred.
• Intermediate Spanish or Portuguese preferred.
• Must reside in the United States.
