Consumer Insights Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer data to identify key trends and insights (50%)
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders (30%)
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in consumer insights and provide thought leadership to the Insights team (20%)


Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills: ability to gather, analyze and interpret data to uncover insights and trends
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail: ensure the accuracy and reliability of analyses; strong understanding of data quality
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Knowledge of consumer behavior and market research methodologies
